UPDATE: Repairs to the Supply Line Break are almost complete!
The next step will for Riviera to begin refilling our storage tanks which will take several hours. So barring any further setbacks we should have the water back online later this evening.
However, Remember, the Boil Order will remain in effect, until we are released from it by the Arkansas Department of Health.
Again thank you for your cooperation.

The City of Hot Springs ( our wholesale water provider) has experienced a break in the main water supply line that services our utility.
While they are working on repairs our water supply will be limited to the amount of water in our storage tanks.
We ask that you limit your water usage until this is resolved.
AS a precaution we are issuing a Boil Order Notice as follows:
A precautionary Boil Order Notice has been issued for residents of Diamondhead. Due to recent heavy flooding, water supply from the City of Hot Springs, has been disrupted caused by a water main break on Highway 171.
If you live on the South Side of Diamondhead, South of Ohio Ct, the boil order does not apply.
As a precaution, all affected customers are advised that water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes be boiled briskly for one (1) minute prior to use. All ice cubes should be discarded and only boiled water be used for making ice. As an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and an adequte disinfection level has been established throughout the distribution system and a bacteriological survey shows the water is safe.
City of Hot Springs crews are working on the problem and estimate to have service restored within the next 24 hours.
Please Check our website at rivierautils.com for updates as to when the Boil Order Notice may be lifted
