Notes: 1) Sewer volume is based off of water usage. 2) Residents on septic tanks (not connected to sewer service, but have availability to connect to sewer service) are charged a Sewer Operations/Availability Fee of $15/mo. 3) The total bill includes 6.5% Arkansas State tax, 1.5% Garland County tax, and $0.40 Arkansas State Safe Water Act Fee. Taxes are imposed on Meter and water usage charges only.
